Your appointment is time that we have scheduled specifically for you. Maintaining your scheduled appointments means your treatment stays on track. Arriving to your appointments early or on time means we stay on track and see all patients at their scheduled time. If you can’t make an appointment, please call to reschedule.

- Cash or check payment in full (discounted)

Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-payments, covered charges, secondary insurances, “usual and customary” charges, etc., other than to supply factual information as necessary.
